Through considered execution of Jindalee’s exploration and corporate strategy since the company was founded in 2002 net tangible assets (cash and shares) have accumulated to an approximate value of $104,100,000 as at June 30 2007.
Equivalent to $3.26 per share.
The closing price at June 30 2007 of $2.05 represents a discount of 59% to the value of those assets before ascribing any value to Jindalee's high quality exploration projects, thus providing shareholders with "free" exposure to the Company's considerable exploration upside.
